What this policy covers — and what it does not
This policy covers information collected through eveniftherapy.com only: the contact/consultation forms, the Monday Exhale / 10 Scripts signup, and ordinary website analytics.
It does not cover therapy session records or clinical information. Those are handled under your separate practice privacy paperwork, which you receive when you begin working together. Browsing this site, filling in a form, or signing up for the newsletter does not make you a therapy client and does not create a therapist–client relationship.

What we collect
What you give us: name, email address, and phone number when you request a free 15-minute consultation or sign up for the newsletter or a free resource. The consultation form also asks about format (in-person/online), whether you are 18 or older, whether the $225 session fee works for you, how you found the practice, and what brings you here — so the consultation can actually be useful.
Automatically: Squarespace analytics and cookies (pages visited, approximate location, device/browser type). This is used to see which pages are helpful, not to identify individual visitors.
We do not collect payment details through this website. Digital products are sold through Etsy, which has its own privacy policy.

How we use it
To reply to consultation requests and send the newsletter/resources you asked for.
To understand which pages and posts are useful.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who else touches it
Squarespace (website hosting and analytics)
Kit (newsletter and free-resource delivery — the Monday Exhale list)
Calendly (consultation booking)
Each of those services has its own privacy policy and handles the data it processes under it.

Emails
Newsletter emails come from Kit. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops newsletter mail. It does not cancel a consultation you have already booked — contact Kellie@eveniftherapy.com for that.

California privacy rights
If you live in California, you have rights under California privacy law, including the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to delete it, and to ask us to correct it. To make a request, email Kellie@eveniftherapy.com. We will verify the request before acting on it, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

How long we keep it
Consultation inquiries and newsletter signups are kept only as long as needed to respond and to send what you asked for, unless you become a client — in which case practice record-keeping rules apply instead.

Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
