Terms and Conditions
Effective date: October 27, 2026

Using this site
By using eveniftherapy.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This site is information, not therapy
Everything on this site — blog posts, Instagram content linked here, the Monday Exhale newsletter, and the free scripts — is general information and education. It is not therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice, and it does not create a therapist–client relationship.
A therapist–client relationship begins only when you and Kellie Murry, LPCC, both agree to work together, after a consultation, under the practice's own paperwork.

If you need urgent help
This site is not monitored for emergencies and is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. In the United States, you can also call or text 988 for the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.

Consultations and sessions
Consultations are free, 15 minutes, and for checking fit — no commitment on either side. Sessions, when agreed, are 55 minutes at $225 per session, in person in Burbank or online in California, subject to the practice's cancellation policy (24 hours' notice; late cancellation or no-show charged at the full session fee, with one late-cancellation fee waived per calendar year).

Your content and our content
Blog posts, downloads, and site copy are the property of Even If Therapy. You may read, save, and share links to them for personal use. Please do not republish, sell, or claim them as your own.
Digital products (workbooks, scripts) purchased through Etsy are for your personal use under Etsy's own terms.

Links to other sites (directories, Etsy, booking tools) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

No guarantees
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from reading this site, using a free resource, or attending a consultation.

Governing law
These terms are governed by California law.
